Project description:

The project objective is to document tacit knowledge in welding and other vocations through video. This documentation allows the validation of non-formal and informal learning. Furthermore it is an instrument for transparency and recognition of prior learning. The project also aims to further develop EQR/ECVET definitions of knowledge, skills and competences by introducing tacit knowledge into learning outcome matrices. www.skillstools.eu/skillstube
